This guide is something special as well, since it is
a collection of descents. All tours start on the top of
the mountains, which you reach by funicular and then just
enjoy the descent. So this is a must for all downhillers!
The guide covers the northern part of French Alps -
between Lac Leman and Les 2 Alpes (N-S) and between
Chamonix and Grenoble (E-W).
The guide is otherwise nicely designed, in full color
with a lot of pictures. Since it is a little bit dated,
there are bikes without any suspension in the pictures.
The maps are excellent, with unique symbols and
graphics. The trail data is very detailed and useful.
This guide is something to look up to! It is in French.
