This is not a classical book guide, but rather a map with
additional information about the network of way marked trails of
Slovenian Karst region. The network and the map were made as part of a
bigger project under Phare program.
The trails mostly run along the cart tracks winding
up and down the beautiful Karst terrain. There are metal
signs to help you find the way and at selected places,
like Senozece,
Kobjeglava, Temnicam etc, there are bigger info boards
with overview map and other information. The network
enables you to combine different sections and thus get
shorter or longer rides.
The map is well made and useful with a list of
available parking lots, railway stations, bike services,
tourist offices and mountain huts. There are 12
descriptions of suggested routes on the back with some
nice photos.
